Innomesh is a cloud-based platform for managing, monitoring, and maintaining audiovisual (AV) environments at scale. It consists of two core applications, Innomesh Room Manager and Innomesh Portal, which together provide a complete lifecycle management solution for rooms, devices, and AV infrastructure.
The Two Core Applications
Innomesh Room Manager
Room Manager is where you build and configure rooms. It provides a web-based interface for:
- Creating and managing templates that define room configurations
- Deploying rooms by applying templates to physical AV installations
- Managing device profiles that standardise how hardware is configured
- Updating room software across your fleet
Think of Room Manager as the “build and deploy” side of Innomesh.
Innomesh Portal
Portal is where you monitor and support rooms after deployment. It provides:
- Hotlist: Real-time alerts for device and room issues across your environment
- Rooms: Live status and support view for every room
- Assets: Device-level information, actions, and history
- Insights: Usage analytics and trend data
- Information: Centralised room metadata, schematics, and documentation
- Vitals: Infrastructure health at a glance
Think of Portal as the “monitor and support” side of Innomesh.
Subscription Tiers
Innomesh offers four subscription tiers, each providing different levels of room management and monitoring capability:
| Tier | Description |
|---|---|
| Space CE | Full AV room control that uses Innomesh cloud-native technologies as a backbone |
| Space VC SUNSET | Full AV room control that uses Crestron VirtualControl VC-4 technology as a backbone |
| Sight | Monitoring and rich data collection for IP-connected devices. Includes Innomesh Ops for administrative actions on AV devices (such as device reboot) and Innomesh UC for monitoring Zoom and Microsoft Teams rooms |
| Pulse | Lightweight uptime and response time monitoring for IP-connected devices |
Higher tiers include all the benefits of tiers below them. For example, Space VC and Space CE rooms automatically have Sight and Pulse capabilities available, and Sight rooms also include Pulse. A tenancy can use any combination of rooms across different tiers to suit its environment.
How It All Fits Together
- Configure templates on top of the Innomesh Space, Sight, and Pulse software to define room setup, devices, and behaviour
- Deploy rooms by applying templates to physical AV installations
- Monitor deployed rooms through Portal’s real-time dashboards as they report status back
- Respond to alerts and issues via the Portal Hotlist, Room Support View, and Asset Information View
- Update room configurations and software through Room Manager as needs change
