Space CE and Space VC configurations operate on a JSON file structure. Once a template has been configured in Innomesh, it is advisable to take a backup of the configuration by exporting it as a JSON file. This process works the same way for both Space VC and Space CE templates.
Step 1: Open the Template
Log into Innomesh Room Manager and navigate to the Templates page. Hover your cursor over the desired template. Two icons will appear: a pencil icon for editing and a trash icon for deletion. Click the pencil icon to open the template editor.
Step 2: Open the Options Menu
In the template editor popup window, locate the Options menu in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Download as JSON
Hover over the Options menu and click Download as JSON.
Step 4: Save the File
The JSON file will download to your local device. This file contains the complete template configuration and can be:
- Stored as a backup in a secure location.
- Modified using any text editor for advanced configuration changes.
- Shared with colleagues or uploaded to another Innomesh tenancy.
- Published to the Community Marketplace for others to use.
