The TeamDynamix integration automatically creates support tickets from Innomesh alerts, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring that device and room issues are captured in your ITSM workflow immediately. This feature was introduced in Innomesh v3.5.1.
How It Works
When an alert is raised in Innomesh, the integration creates a corresponding ticket in TeamDynamix with the alert details pre-populated. The ticket includes the room name, device, alert severity, description, and a direct link back to the alert in Innomesh Portal.
This enables support teams to manage incident tracking and resolution through TeamDynamix while retaining visibility in Innomesh for real-time monitoring.
| Innomesh Event | TeamDynamix Action |
|---|---|
| Alert raised | New ticket created with alert details |
| Alert resolved | Ticket updated (configurable: auto-close or add note) |
| Alert resurfaced | Existing ticket reopened or new ticket created (configurable) |
