The Templates page in Innomesh Room Manager is where administrators create and manage system templates that define room configurations. This guide covers every interface element on the page, labelled A through P in the screenshot below.
A. Logo
The Innomesh and client logos are displayed in the top-left corner. Clicking either logo navigates you back to the home Rooms page.
B. Rooms / Template Navigation
These buttons toggle between the Rooms and Templates sections. The Templates section is restricted to administrator accounts only.
C. Logout / Administration Menu
A dropdown menu providing access to logout and administration options.
D. Platform Navigation Menu
The nine-dot grid icon opens a menu for navigating between Innomesh products, including Room Manager, Portal, and Documentation.
E. Add New Template
Clicking this button opens a popup window where you can create a new template by selecting a product type and entering template details.
F. Search Bar
The search bar filters the template list by Name, Type, Rooms Deployed, Last Edited By, Software, and Last Updated Date.
G. Delete Selected Templates
This tool enables bulk or individual deletion of templates. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
H. Template Name
Displays the friendly name assigned to each template. This column is sortable.
,, ., (, ), &, and /.I. Type
Shows the product type associated with the template, such as SpaceVC, SpaceCE, Sight, or Pulse. This column is sortable, and clicking the product icon itself orders the list by that template type.
J. Rooms Deployed
Displays the number of rooms currently deployed using each template. This column is sortable. Clicking the number itself navigates back to the Rooms page, filtered to the rooms deployed under that template.
K. Last Edited By
Indicates the user who most recently modified the template. This column is sortable.
L. Software
Shows the software version currently assigned to the template. This column is sortable.
M. Last Updated Date
Displays the date and time the template was last modified. This column is sortable.
N. Edit / Delete Template
Hovering over a template row reveals two icons: a pencil icon to edit the template configuration and a trash icon to delete the template.
O. Download as CSV
Exports the current template list as a CSV file for reporting or record-keeping purposes.
P. Innomesh Version
Displays the currently running version of Innomesh in the bottom corner of the interface.
