Features and Enhancements
Default Source Routing Overhaul
Previously, default source selection was restricted to macro-based methods or single display systems using a source’s “Select By Default” flag. The mechanism for automatically routing AV sources with detected sync (hot plug) could not be adjusted from room configuration.
This version introduces two new subsections within the Automation configuration area:
- Default Routes: Objects defining source, destination, and triggering room mode for a route.
- Hot Plug Routes: Objects specifying source and destination routes triggered when sync is detected via AV Sources / Video Sync Devices.
The deprecated “Select By Default” flag has been removed; existing systems must now define a new Default Route.
Lighting Enrichment
A new subsection in the Lighting configuration enables management of external lighting control (such as wall switches) not operated through the Space CE interface.
New configurable presets include:
- Default Preset: Recalled when room mode changes or during power-off.
- Presentation Preset: Recalled when a source routes to a display destination.
- Time Based Shutdown Preset: Recalled during automatic time-based room shutdown.
