Interactive question mark icons provide real-time guidance within Innomesh Room Manager and Portal, displaying relevant help information and article links.

Audit Logs

Configuration capabilities for insights on Innomesh Sight rooms (available on selected tenancies).

Warning Popup

Visualisation dashboard for room occupancy trends (requires occupancy sensors in room configuration).

Suppressed Alerts

Alert claimants remain unchanged when alerts resurface to the Suppressed tab in Portal Hotlist.

Bug Fixes (v3.2.0)

  • Hidden Pulse templates that belong to Space VC/Space CE templates.
  • Auto-resolved alerts for deleted VC-4 Gateway devices.
  • Fixed bulk Pulse deployment naming conflicts.
  • Corrected CSV import issues with Windows CR characters.
  • Filtered special characters from auto-generated room IDs to prevent corrupt Pulse room deployments.
  • Rejected hostnames containing illegal characters (including the space character) during Pulse deployment.
  • Fixed Pulse not reporting device hostnames to the Innomesh Portal Assets registry even when they had been defined in Room Manager.
  • Fixed Portal Hotlist category column visibility when “Group by Room” was switched off.
