Major New Features

Smart Room Attributes

Administrators can create derived “attributes” from existing room configuration data, such as display count, microphone quantity, or BYOD availability. These attributes use exact matching, regex, and logic-based enumeration to automatically generate boolean, numeric, and text values describing room capabilities.

Room Summary Views

Customisable views allow users to organise room information by selecting relevant fields. Smart Room Attributes integrate with existing room data on the Information page, enabling easier comparison and evaluation of rooms across the organisation.

Dynamic Data Import and Export

Seamless synchronisation with external data sources enables automatic updates from live databases. The feature supports scheduled imports/exports plus manual CSV or JSON uploads, utilising a secure communal repository during data transit.

App Integrations

  • WebCheckout: Displays comprehensive asset status updates within the Asset Information View.
  • TeamDynamix: Automatically creates tickets from Innomesh alerts, eliminating manual entry.

Calendar and Lecture Recorder Integrations

Calendar systems now display room availability and booking schedules. Lecture recorder integration shows upcoming/in-progress recordings, recorder status, and error alerts on the hotlist, with historical data tracking.

  • Added a dedicated RBAC permission for launching XPanels and Web Panels from Innomesh Portal. Previously, Portal-only users could not launch XPanels or web panels.
  • Added lazy loading to Portal’s Room Information View for schematics, photos, and other assets to improve load times.
  • Fixed a Chrome-specific issue where VNC links were erroneously deemed “unsafe”.
  • Added the “Notes” column to the Innomesh Portal Hotlist “Dashboard View”.
  • Fixed Hotlist column sorting when the “Group by Room” option is enabled.
  • Fixed “Asset Support View” rendering the integer value 0 as "false".
