New Features
Hotlist Alert History
Users can now view event history for specific alerts, all alerts for an asset, or globally across all assets. Alert history displays events occurring after the release date.
Diagnosis
The Innomate/UXT support team can now diagnose alerts and add notes visible to Innomesh Hotlist users, helping on-site teams troubleshoot issues.
Q-Sys Interoperability
Preview capability to access Q-Sys Core DSP information including design files, device properties, and peripheral details. Available in selected tenancies via the Assets tab.
Enhancements
Disable Pulse/Sight Devices
Pulse and Sight devices can now be disabled through room configuration settings.
Mass Resolve (Room Alerts)
Added capability to mass resolve multiple Innomesh Hotlist Alerts simultaneously.
Purge Alerts (Resolved Alerts)
Users can now purge resolved alerts, useful when rebuilding rooms or starting fresh.
Refined Alert Details
Alert Details now update in real-time to reflect current states:
- Current property values causing alerts.
- Current zone assignments.
- Current IP addresses or hostnames.
- Current maintenance states.
Resurfaced Alerts
Alerts that recur within 60 minutes are now permanently tagged as “resurfaced.”
Alerts Threshold
Threshold values now display in the Hotlist Alerts Details view.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed auto-resolving alerts during user operations.
- Resolved ComPort Baud rate display issues in Room Manager.
- Fixed mass Pulse room deployment user group association.
- Corrected column filter synchronisation in Room Manager.
- Fixed timestamp discrepancies using correct tenant timezone.
