Configuring Crestron Touch Panels

This guide explains how to configure Crestron touch panels to display the Innomesh HTML UI for controlling your AV system through Space CE.

Gathering the HTML UI URL

The UI URL follows this format:

https://ui.<innomesh tenancy>/?roomid=<room id>

Where:

  • <innomesh tenancy> is your Innomesh tenancy URL (used for Room Manager and Portal access).
  • <room id> is the Space CE room’s Room ID with the cloud- prefix removed.

Example: If your tenancy is demo.innomesh.com.au and the room ID is htmluiguide, the URL becomes:

https://ui.demo.innomesh.com.au/?roomid=htmluiguide

You can find the Room ID in the room’s configuration settings within Room Manager.

Configuring the Crestron Touch Panel

  1. Access Settings: Log into the touch panel’s Web UI and navigate to Settings > Applications.
  2. Select Application Mode: Change the application mode to Crestron General Web.
  3. Enter URL: Paste your HTML UI URL into the provided field.
  4. Save Changes: Click Save Changes in the top right corner.
  5. Reboot: The system will prompt you to reboot the touch panel to apply the new settings.

Once rebooted, the Innomesh HTML UI will display on your touch panel, allowing you to control your AV system.
